Small display kits – pop up, panel stands- are supplied in lightweight cases for our clients to ship in cars and planes- and for “self set up” (see pop up stands, banner stands, etc, in this site) . As these stands are light and small to store and “travel with you” you need little ongoing assistance from Odyssey until the graphics need updating
Larger exhibition stands (including bigger modular system stands) can weigh more than a tonne, have several hundred components and pack in substantial cases. Such stands are rarely used “once”– they often require re-arranging and new layout drawings for each exhibition you use them at . The associated commitment , time loss and stress associated with this “if you” - our client – does this unaided - can be substantial – and so odyssey offers:

- initial design layouts- including graphic design if needed
- detailed liaison with show organizer including all the form filling
- sourcing and fabrication
- on site build and handover – and removal after the show
- between shows stocking, - at our facilities in uk,
- then (for your next events ) redesign and new graphics if needed, transport to sites, set up and removal after the shows,
- maintenance after the shows- to keep your new stand new.
- stand stock items control , stock movement and valuation is critical information that is re-confirmed same day to the client each time a change or other action occurs -
Note: our freedom package works with both rented and client owned stands – typically if you use a stand two or more times a year its cheaper to buy than rent
